If you would like to find out more about our product range you can request price lists from us. These will give you all the information you could need including the product code and description, weight per case, number of cases per pallet, cube and price per case. We can email the lists to you and/or send hardcopies in the post. We are also happy to discuss any issues with you over the telephone, face to face at a mutually convenient location, or via email.
Once you are ready to place an order, you can either fax it or e-mail to us. We will start to work on it straight away, issue you with a proforma invoice and give you an approximate idea of how long the order will take to process.
Should your shipment require any certification then we are happy to assist with this. The most common certificates required are Halal, Dairy, Meat, Radiation (sometimes known as a Certificate of Free Sale), Certificate of Origin, EUR1 and Council Health Notes.
As we work on an "ex-works" basis, we will make the shipment available to you for collection at one of our distribution centres. However, if you would like us to liaise with your chosen haulier to arrange the collection then we are happy to do so and will keep you informed at all times.
From a marketing point of view, we are happy to advise you on products that have proven to be popular in your part of the world, and we can also offer you a range of Point of Sale material to enable you to market your produce effectively.
